British Mountain Guide Tim Blakemore was chosen to deliver two winter workshops for the MLTA (Mountain Leader Training Association) focusing on how to deliver and teach winter skills. With such great conditions in Scotland this winter, there are plenty of people keen to get out and make the most of it - personally and professionally. Candidates on this course were there to share best practice, brush up on their own personal skills and look at how to coach others in the winter environment.
