I'm a Scottish guide, based in Aviemore, Inverness-shire although i also work most seasons in the Alps. My 37 years climbing and skiing experience has taken me from early days in Scotland to the Alps, the Arctic, the Andes and the Himalaya. I'm up for anything adventurous,anywhere (be it climbing based or not!) but specialise in Scottish winter climbing, ski-touring, avalanche awareness and Alpine climbing. Apart from mountaineering and skiing, i'm a keen off road motorcyclist, a qualified white water raft guide and an Irata trainer. Mountains are there to be enjoyed so fun (with safety) is the name of the game.
