Simon Hale
Simon Hale divides his time between working as a Senior Instructor at Plas y Brenin National Mountain Centre; and his home in France where he works as a Guide. He runs 'The Snowshoe Company' with his wife Caroline, and was instrumental in the evolution of the IML award scheme. He is now an honorary member of BAIML
